The appendix is intended to have a brief (2 to 4 page) description of all ideas and proposals for future experiments sensitive to a sterile neutrino. Since the objective of this white paper is to make the case for experiments to resolve the question of the existance of one or more light streile neutrinos, this is an excellent opportunity to make the case for your proposal. Individuals or groups intersted in making a contribution to the appendix should register through the web interface on the white paper page and contact the appendix editors.

Contributors should use the latex template and work in the directory labled "06_future_exps".
