Participants are responsible for making their own reservations.

Hotel Lodging A block of rooms has been reserved at The Inn at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia, at a special rate of $127/night/room, whether single or double occupancy. To reserve your room, please click here or call the hotel directly at 540-231-8000 or toll free at 877-200-3360 and mention you are attending the "Belle Collaboration Meeting". Reservations can also be made online directly via the Inn at Virginia Tech, and click on 'Accommodations' to reserve your room using group code BCM. This special rate is available only until Monday, June 11, 2013, or until the block is full.

Dormitory lodging (for students): Click here to reserve your on-campus dorm room at the special rate of $55/person/night for single occupancy or $49/person/night for double occupancy, plus tax. There are three rooms in a suite with a common bathroom and living area. The dormitory is located about 15 minutes by foot from the conference center. The deadline for dormitory reservations is June 16, 2013.
